Information about your stay
Arrival
The house is available from 5:00 p.m.
In case of late arrival, please let us know in advance.
Booking Conditions
All bookings must be guaranteed by a payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.
We accept bank transfers, cheques and cash payments.
Services (charged upon request)
A concierge service is available upon request and at an additional cost.
This service can assist you with:
– Special welcome arrangements (welcome basket)
– Daily meal arrangements (private chef), breakfast
– Private driver
– Housekeeping during your stay
– Grocery shopping and various errands
– Organisation of activities and equipment rental (bicycle rental available on site)
– Babysitting
– Wellness services (in-home massage)
– Themed days (organised winery visits, local discovery tours, etc.)
Departure
The house must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
In accordance with French law, our house is entirely non-smoking, except in outdoor areas.
Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Any modification or cancellation of a booking must be submitted in writing and will systematically receive a written response from us.
For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made between 30 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, the full deposit paid to the owner will be retained. In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the full cost of the stay will be due.
On-Site Information – Heated Pool from April 1 to October 31
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Pool towels are not provided (available upon request: €8 per towel, per week).
Security deposit required: €1,500 (cash).
End-of-stay cleaning (check-out): €250.
Mandatory housekeeping: 3 hours per week for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Electricity is not included (charged according to meter readings).
Pets are not allowed.
Pool maintenance is provided throughout your stay.
